The USATF Oregon Association Junior Olympics, commonly called the "State Meet" is open to all athletes. There is no performance prerequisites in order to participate. However, there are logistical prerequisites.

Here is what is required to participate:
All competitors must be USATF members. It costs $35 plus about $4 in processing fees. Membership lasts until Dec 31.
USATF requires proof of your athlete's age. You can submit a photo of your athlete's birth certificate or passport. You do this within the same portal as step 1. If you can't find where to submit the document, use the search field inside the portal to find it.
Sign up and pay for your events. Competing at state is a separate cost from the team registration fee that covered the regular season.
And here is the official schedule for the meet. It will be updated to the best of USATF's ability as events continue. State generally stays on schedule more than a typical meet. However, other than the first event of the day on the track and on the field, events a start up to 30min early.
